Sari helped when I moved from Sweden to Chicago. She found interesting prospects based on the limited information I was able to give her at the time and with me knowing nothing about Chicago areas:) In just one day she helped me view a few good prospects and found me an awesome apartment in great location that I could move into only three days later. Means a lot when you’re new to the city to get such great help and to have someone who understand your needs and wishes, couldn’t be happier:)

Sari helped me find a great apartment! Even during the signing and lease process she was above and beyond in the follow-through. She obviously had my best interests in mind and was very supportive of helping me find what I wanted. She found more places than I could internet searching on my own. Plus she coordinated the tours for me so all I had to do was show up.

I had a great experience working with Matt on my search for an apartment. I was looking for a new place in kind of short notice so it was great to be working with someone who responded quickly to my questions and concerns. He was accommodating and kind over all. I was able to find my new apartment with his help and he really walked me through the application process as well. Moving and finding a new apartment is stressful enough as it is so I’m grateful I had such a positive experience working with Matt!

Jonathan C of Square One went above and beyond to help me find an apartment in the Loop for my college-aged child. He did a great job of listening to what we needed and asked all the right questions about our budget, time frame, etc. He was also great at explaining the Chicago market to us, which was particularly helpful since I don't live there. He was able to provide us with a number of listings almost overnight and took us out to look at our top choices a few days later. Because of his outstanding advance work, the second place we viewed was perfect, and we looked no further. He made apartment hunting a breeze.

Sari was incredible! I was just moving to Chicago from a small town and didn’t know where to start. Sari was one of the only Leasing Specialist that called me back. After a couple of minutes on the phone she came up with great places to look at and quickly scheduled showings. During the showings she took us place to place and gave tons of advice along the way. Sari was so helpful and took the stress off at looking for a new place to live. Hands down would definitely recommend her when searching for a place!

I've been trying to look for the ideal apartment for months in Chicago. I even drove to different leasing offices but no one was able to help me as much as Sari did. She is an incredible realtor that is professional, very quick to respond and knowledgeable in her field. She immediately picked up on what I was looking for even though I wasn't sure what it was and was able to find me the ideal apartment within 2 days! She followed through the whole process even helped negotiate move in dates. I will recommend Sari to anyone looking for an apartment in Chicago.

Stella Sproat was absolutely AMAZING in helping my partner and I find an apartment. She was extremely responsive and really advocated for us. She helped us secure our place even with lots of competition and other applications coming in - she was speedy, efficient, and dedicated to making our new apartment our home. I can’t say enough great things about Sari. She is very professional and went above and beyond throughout out apartment search. Halfway through we decided we wanted a two bedroom unit rather than a one bedroom and Sari did not skip a beat. She helped us every step of the way and even sent us a handwritten card congratulating us on finding an apartment. Ultimately Sari found us an incredible apartment that met all of our criteria and was within our budget. We love our new home and still can’t believe we live here. I have recommended her to all of my friends and family. Chicago is lucky to have her in our city!

I had an such an amazing experience working with Stella at square one real estate! I am moving from out of state which says enough about how stressful the process can be. From the beginning of my search Stella was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. She truly listened to every detail I was looking for when it came to finding the perfect fit for me. I flew out to Chicago for a quick trip to tour apartments before I made the decision to move. Prior to my visit we had agreed on about 5 different apartments she would show me. Not only was she kind enough to pick me up from my hotel since I had no transportation; she also had multiple other units she found available that day that she offered to show me as well. All of the units were exactly within range for what I was looking for. This allowed me to have so many different options to choose from and I was able to find the perfect apartment. Even with a low credit score she was able to vouch for me and helped with getting me approved for the unit. I am so incredibly thankful I chose to work with Stella at square one real estate and would definitely recommend her and this agency to anyone looking to move to the city!
